My name is Wai-Han (慧嫻).

Based in Vancouver, BC, I offer a thoughtful, supportive space where we can make sense of what you're going through, gain clarity, and move toward greater self-trust and freedom.

I support individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are trying to understand patterns in their lives—why certain emotions, thoughts, or relationships keep repeating. I tend to notice patterns quickly, including those that may be hard to see from within, and we work together to gently shift them toward meaningful and lasting change.

 

Together, we work to process these experiences, reshape long-held inner messages, and move toward greater clarity, freedom, and self-trust.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person. I draw from EMDR, narrative, cognitive, and emotion-focused therapies, to help individuals understand patterns, work through stuck experiences, and build meaningful change in how they relate to themselves and others.

I have had the privilege of working across diverse cultural contexts, including Europe, Asia, and Australia, and have been involved in social justice and anti-human trafficking work. I have also completed 400 hours of Clinical Psychospiritual Education (CPE) in healthcare settings.

 

These experiences shape how I understand resilience, trauma, and the complexity of people’s stories.

I am attentive to how culture, family, and identity influence emotional experiences.

在我的療癒歷程中,我逐漸看見:當一個人被真正理解、並開始看清自己內在與關係中的模式時,改變就有可能發生。這也成為我陪伴他人的核心盼望。

我提供英語、粵語及普通話諮商服務,也特別留意文化、家庭與身份經驗如何影響情緒與人際互動。我期待與您一起同行。
